Michigan Rehabilitation Services
Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) can help individuals with disabilities, including hearing loss, obtain and maintain employment. If hearing loss creates a barrier to employment, MRS may be able to assist with obtaining hearing aids or other assistive listening devices.
To determine eligibility for MRS services, a person with hearing loss would need to demonstrate that their hearing loss creates a substantial barrier to preparing for, finding, or keeping a job. MRS may require documentation like a recent hearing test and medical clearance.
